My goal with HoopSong is to build a valuable resource for anyone who wants to learn and improve at this awesome game we call basketball.
That’s where the HoopSong shot tracker comes in. After playing basketball for a few years, and going through all of the basic steps for improving my shot, I was beginning to take my shooting a little more seriously. I wanted to improve. I wanted to actually get kinda good.
But how does one measure good shooting? With a little digging, I found some options. None of them were very good. I wanted something better, something that wouldn’t interfere with my game too much, but could help me keep track of my percentages for a variety of shots.
So I built it. This is the HoopSong shot tracker…
Well… This is just a picture of it. You should download it and see it in action. And leave a good review, please, there’s no other way to compete on the app store.
Pretty simple, right? The simplicity is the magic. The main reason I built this is that every other app I tried was way too complicated. So complicated, in fact, that they completely destroyed the playing experience.
Click a shot and select your makes and misses to add a session. It only takes two clicks. You don’t have to write anything down, and you don’t have to fight with a dumb UI with a bunch of useless features.
